THE ULTIMATE BEN BUCKLER WEEKEND CONSUMER PROMOTION
PROMOTION TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Promoter
The promoter is The Ben Buckler Whisky Company Pty Ltd (ACN 688 876 593), 40 Lime Street, Sydney NSW 2000 Australia (“Promoter”).
2. Promotion Period
The promotion commences at 12:00am AEST on 1 June 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 31 July 2026 (“Promotion Period”). Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted.
3. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over, excluding residents of Western Australia. Employees, contractors, directors, management, immediate family members and agencies associated with the Promoter are ineligible. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the age, identity and eligibility of entrants.
4. How to Enter
To enter, eligible entrants must, during the Promotion Period: (a) purchase one (1) 700ml bottle of The Ben Buckler Whisky via the official website at www.thebenbuckler.com; and (b) complete the transaction in full during the Promotion Period. Each eligible bottle purchased constitutes one (1) entry into the draw. Entrants must retain proof of purchase as it may be required to validate the entry and claim the prize.
5. Prize
There is one (1) prize to be won comprising:

Four (4) nights accommodation for the winner and one (1) guest at the Ben Buckler Penthouse, North Bondi, Sydney;

One (1) custom The Ben Buckler surfboard;

One (1) dinner voucher for The Promenade Bondi valued at AUD $250.00; and
-
One (1) case of The Ben Buckler Whisky.
Total prize value: AUD $4,500 (including GST). Prize inclusions are subject to availability and blackout periods may apply. The prize does not include spending money, additional meals or beverages beyond those expressly stated, transfers, travel insurance, minibar, incidentals or any other expenses not expressly included in the prize description. The winner and guest must both be aged 18 years or over. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. If any element of the prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute that element with a prize or experience of equal or greater value.
6. Prize Draw
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The draw will take place at 10:00am AEST on 5 August 2026 at the offices of The Ben Buckler Whisky Company Pty Ltd. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. Winner Notification
The winner will be notified by phone and/or email within two (2) business days of the draw. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within fourteen (14) days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw at 10:00am AEST on 20 August 2026 at the same location.
8. Publicity
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to participate in reasonable promotional activity associated with the promotion, including photography and social media content, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
9. Verification & Disqualification
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who: tampers with the entry process; submits an invalid entry; breaches these Terms & Conditions; or engages in unlawful or improper conduct.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for: technical failures or website interruptions; lost, delayed, incomplete or misdirected entries; inaccuracies in entrant information; or circumstances beyond its reasonable control affecting prize fulfilment. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes rights under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
11. Privacy
Personal information collected will be used for the purpose of administering this promotion and in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy available at https://thebenbuckler.com/policies/privacy-policy. By entering the promotion, entrants consent to the Promoter collecting and using their personal information for these purposes.
12. Responsible Consumption
Entry is strictly limited to persons aged 18 years or over. By entering, entrants confirm they are of legal drinking age in their state or territory. The Promoter reserves the right to request valid proof of age, identity and residency at any time. Drink responsibly.
13. General
The Promoter reserves the right, subject to applicable laws, to cancel, suspend, modify, extend or terminate the promotion if circumstances beyond its reasonable control affect its proper administration. The prize is intended to be redeemed between March 2027 and May 2027, subject to availability and blackout periods. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, postpone or reschedule dates where reasonably required. Participation constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
