Larry Emdur is joining CATCH Restaurant on the Gold Coast to host an intimate whisky dinner in person, pouring The Ben Buckler himself and sharing the story behind the bottle, from 60 bottles for 60 mates to an internationally award-winning Australian single malt.
What's included
A welcome cocktail made with The Ben Buckler as you arrive, followed by three courses from Executive Chef Kathy Tindall, each built around the whisky:
- First course: Whisky-cured Tasmanian salmon
- Second course: Mustard and whisky glazed braised beef, minted pea puree, roast Dutch carrot, potato galette
- Third course: Whisky-poached pear
Vegetarian alternatives are available for every course, just let them know when you book.
And every guest takes home a full bottle of The Ben Buckler at the end of the night, which means Father's Day is sorted a week early.
